Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pingzy. By creating a page or using Pingzy, you agree to them. Please read them — we have kept them short and plain.

What Pingzy is

Pingzy is a free service that lets professionals create a page to show their work, collect verified recommendations, and share their contact details as one link. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old to use Pingzy.

Your content

You own the content you add to your page — your text, photos, and links. By adding it, you give Pingzy permission to host and display it as part of providing the service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to use it. Recommendations you write are public, and may be displayed off Pingzy — including your first name, initials, or profile photo inside a Pingzy badge shown on another website.

Recommendations

Recommendations on Pingzy are written by real people who verify their email address. If you write a recommendation, it must be honest and your own. If you receive recommendations, you may remove them from your page, but you may not fabricate them or offer anything in exchange for them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pingzy to:

  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.
  • Post false, misleading, unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Break the law, harm others, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your page is public

Unless your account is set to private, your Pingzy page and its content are public and may be viewed by anyone and indexed by search engines. Do not post anything you would not want to be public.

The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep Pingzy running well, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pingzy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because Pingzy is currently free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pingzy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pingzy grows. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Pingzy means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
